All coaching is done online, so wherever you are in the world—if you’ve got internet, we’re good to go.

  • Our first session (60 minutes) includes a comprehensive intake, goal setting, and a tailored strategy to get you started.

  • Follow-up sessions (30 minutes) are designed to keep you on track, troubleshoot challenges, and build momentum.

After each session, I’ll send you a written summary, key takeaways, and any relevant resources or tools we discussed.
